La Marchalle’s Fashion Boutique we make every effort to ship orders within 2-4 business days. Delivery arrival time may vary depending on your location. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM eastern time will be shipped out the following Monday. Please note that larger orders can possibly take longer to prepare and ship due to the time required inspecting and packing your order. All orders are inspected thoroughly and packaged by hand. We can hand deliver door to door within a 50 mile radius, all other orders are shipped UPS, or USPS flat rate. Yes! We do deliver to all military bases stateside and overseas; APO AA, APO AE, APO AP, FPO AA, FPO AE, and PPO. There may be an addition shipping charge applied to international orders.
There will be no COD orders. Any orders paid for by personal check, e-check, or money order has to wait 7 business days before shipping to allow processing time. Personal checks will not be accepted from international customers. There will be a $37.00 fee applied to any NSF checks.
If you or another consenting adult age 18 or older or you live in an apartment complex, condo, or a gated community where the carrier may not have access or will not be available to sign for your package please leave a note for the carrier with specific directions.
We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping, see the carrier or purchase insurance.
Returns & Exchanges:
There will be no cash refunds only exchanges.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for return. If the item is defective see manufactures warranty.
After 5 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Certificate, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the past 5 days before return.
Electrical items and shears:
May be returned for exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 7 days of purchase.
Without a receipt, we do not offer a return— after 7 days, if product is defective; the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty. (Defective Return Form).
Synthetic and human hair, clipper and other blades, body jewelry, ear piercing and piercing implements and fashion earrings:
ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
Promotional and free items:
Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
Example: Purchase a blow-dryer and get an item free—the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item—in this example the blow-dryer—is returned for a refund, the free must be returned as well.
Example: Purchase a blow-dryer and get a free bag—the bag will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
